I really miss working out..
it made me feel accomplished, healthy and especially self confident.
But I don’t dare workout anymore, because all these negative thoughts are still in my head: lose weight! And I’m scared if I start running again, it’ll still be for that reason only.
I guess I’ll ask my boyfriend tomorrow if he wants to do some workouts with me, so they’re about fun and happiness. Not about punishing myself and asuring I stay skinny.
Any others out there recovering? Do you feel comfortable working out anymore?
