I honestly don't get how you guys do it..
find that balance between healthy and having a treat.
I’m always falling into extremes. Or I eat absolutely nothing unhealthy, exercise and do well, but have no social life or avoid social events because I’m afraid I’ll be tempted/obliged to eat something unhealthy. I didn’t even want to eat or sleep over at my boyfriends house, or go to the pub with friends.

Life is too short to obsess over this anymore. I need to enjoy life, not spend it here, thinking about how I always have to do better and how everyone else seems to do better than me.

Back to clean tomorrow :)
Four days left, and then I’ve started eating clean for thirty days.
Yesterday and today were fun, but tomorrow back to the real thing!
If I keep clean for the last four days, I’ll have 5 unclean days on 30. Equalling 16% unclean, 84% clean, still pretty damn good :) I do regret some unclean days though (the ones I was sick afterwards)

Recap of my very unclean day :p
Breakfast:
6 small slices of whole wheat bread with pure chocolate pasta
Lunch:
2 and a half cups of shepard’s pie. (with mince, leek, peppers and mushrooms and potato mash with gratin crust)
